Chinese Area 51 attacked? Strange Pics

image

This is one of the images from Google Earth sent to an editor of viewzone, along with the claim that this is the “Chinese Area 51” and was recently devastating by unknown causes. The rectangle pictured above is of unknown origin and spans almost a mile (!) while the road-like lines are more than 30 meters wide!
What could it possibly be?
In other photos runways are clearly seen, antennas, buildings, containers and more shapes of unknown purpose around a small village.

image

Shapes erected in 2006 seem to be blown to bits, craters can be seen and lots of weirdness throughout.

Here’s what the sender says:

The reader says this is Top Secret area in a remote part of China. This is the Chinese "Area 51" where captured (alien?) technology is kept and tested. It is also near by where the nuclear bombs were detonated many years ago. Supposedly the main laboratories are underground. You can see the entrances if you look at the images. Contact has been made with other "technology" (?). A new propulsion system was being tested. But it was not well controlled and could not be stabilized. An accident happened and the device blew up. The area is very contaminated now.

Wow. And I mean if all this is not a munitions bunker in an air force base  destroyed by accident and the strange white lines are not some sort of greenhouse, then we definitely have something going on!
I mean the writer claims that
“There's a sign of an explosion in places with the ground riddled with 10 foot craters, as if cluster-bombed. “

Cluster bombs from above are not the sign of an accident. Then again, they are not the sign of an alien attack either! Really? Aliens with cluster bombs?

Nevertheless this is really interesting, and I have a feeling there’s more to this than meets the eye. We just need an aerial photography analysis expert to let us know what we are seeing.

And on a side note, isn’t Google Earth a great tool? I mean, all you need is patience and a lot of luck! Besides all the random UFOs, imagine the strangeness waiting to be discovered….

UFO activity in an all-time high. Video

Yes, it’s just what the title says. We have all seen the UFO reports flooding in this Summer, but here’s a nice video compilation to complement the news clippings. Think of it as a visual aid on imagining the strange days to come.

And it’s all from THIS June!

UFO found at the bottom of the ocean?

image

The above image is a picture from the sonar of the Ocean Explorer salvage team from Sweden. They where searching for ship wrecks when, on June 19th, this popped up. The team leader said:

"At 87m down, between Sweden and Finland, they saw a large circle, about 60 feet in diameter," he told local media last week.

"You see a lot of weird stuff in this job but during my 18 years as a professional I have never seen anything like this.

"The shape is completely round … a circle."

Mr Lindberg said the team has also noted what they say could possibly be tracks running some 300m up to where the disc lies.

The team claims the tracks show the object has moved, either on or since settling to the ocean floor.

Six of the nine-member team were asleep in their bunks on-board the Ocean Explorer's ship at the time of the discovery, but the three watching the sonar "couldn't believe" what they were seeing.

Despite the promise of alien riches, Mr Lindberg said his team would not attempt to investigate the disc.

"It is not in our sphere of interest to go for this object, since it might be nothing," he said.

Then again it could be something.. I find it strange that a modern treasure hunter would pass up the chance to find a fallen UFO or even an underwater Stonehenge, both of which would bring untold riches.
This all seems as an attempt at fame, and maybe some financial backing. But then again, who knows?

Strange Aerial Being over Mexico

Although this cannot be described as a UFO as the title says, or even as a video, as it is a series of photographs, it is nonetheless amazing!
It is a news story by Openminds.tv, describing a series of photos of the skies of Mexico City. The photos, taken with an extreme telephoto lens (see telescope on camera), depict what the reporter describes as a jellyfish-like being, undulating in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Although I wish he had a video DSLR, so we could see some HD footage for ourselves, it still makes a very interesting watch, and raises some hard questions: What is out there? (yeah, I know, the Truth is out there)

Australian UFO reports “lost” by Military

How convenient. Read this:

After a two-month search in response to a newspaper Freedom of Information (FOI) request, which forces government officials to release documents of public interest, Australia's Department of Defence had been unable to locate the files, the Sydney Morning Herald said.

"The files could not be located and Headquarters Air Command formally advised that this file is deemed lost," the department's FOI assistant director, Natalie Carpenter, told the paper. Defence officials could not be contacted by Reuters.

Could it be true?

image

The rumor has been around for ever, (well, since E.T. was released anyway) and it was one of those urban legends that have a tendency to remain forever unproven.

Not this one! A reporter had a chance to ask Steven Spielberg about the E.T special screening in the White House, and a comment supposedly made by Ronald Reagan about it being all true. And, yes, confirmed!

“He just stood up and he looked around the room, almost like he was doing a headcount, and he said, “I wanted to thank you for bringing E.T. to the White House. We really enjoyed your movie,” and then he looked around the room and said, “And there are a number of people in this room who know that everything on that screen is absolutely true.”

And he said it without smiling! But he said that and everybody laughed, by the way. The whole room laughed because he presented it like a joke, but he wasn’t smiling as he said it. …

…. Steven Spielberg: I don’t think he let something slip there, no. I think he delivered a joke without smiling, without a little bit of a twinkle behind the joke. I think the joke landed because everybody laughed, but because I’m a little bit of a Ufologist I was hoping that there was something more to the joke than met my eye. I’m sorry to say I think he was simply trying to tell a joke.”

Could be a joke. But, then again, it could be more. Nothing significant learned here, but the truth comes in small doses.

UFO videos and cinematic reality

Seeing this UFO video (or videos) supposedly shot by multiple witnesses, somewhere in Canada, made me want to share some thoughts.
These thoughts are not in regard to the validity of the video, since plenty of people have already commented “how fake it looks”..
I don’t feel a video is enough to make an analysis any more. It was enough 30 years ago, but not now.. Bear with me:

I began to wonder what makes people claim out loud “it’s fake”. Most of them deal in Photoshop and After Effects, so they are no strangers to graphics. But the argument “I can make this in After Effects” is a non-argument: I can make the Space Shuttle launch in After Effects and 3D Studio Max, but that does not mean that the launch you see on TV is fake!

We are deeply saturated with visual effects iconography, so much that it makes me wonder: Would we know the difference between Visual Effects and reality?
The difference between a good and a bad VFX shot these days is camera shake!

I wonder, if the video had camera shake, how would it alter the perception of the viewers?
And, more importantly, since so many commentators relied on the “it looks fake” proposition, I have another question:
If the event pictured was real how would it look? I mean, have you seen many Inter-dimensional Wormholes lately? Then, please, let us know how they look on video!

My point is that if we are to judge something outside everyday reality, we cannot afford to use everyday reality arguments on it.

That being said, the video is probably fake, but I made my point..

UFO fleets getting closer to Home

Okay, so we have come to expect (!) UFO fleets over backwater countries such as Mexico, Chile, Taiwan and Lebanon. I don’t think there is a reason for that, other than the fact that the people of those countries are somewhat less educated than.. well… us, and thus we perceive the media of those countries as prone to folklore and sensationalism.
It’s not that I think it’s all crap: Just that it is not quite credible, not quite proven, not quite meaningful.

Well, it’s getting interesting. And closer to home.
First, Russia: On May 12, a vast UFO 200 meters across (!) terrorized a village in Far East Russia hovering above their heads.

The object was seen with the naked eye even from people at a military base nearby, but was not detected by radar. The military thus decided to fire artillery shells at the UFO if it became hostile. But, apparently, the mysterious aircraft would then start up quickly and disappear from view.

Complete account here.

Now, Milan, Italy:

Now, Milan isn’t your typical third-world city, is it?
Makes me wonder.. Is the phenomenon increasing in intensity, as it certainly appears to? I am not sure, but I have a sense that more and more things will come to light as the time passes.
Are they, Alien Crafts, strange beings from another dimension, refracted light, or a mass delusion by people trapped in a small planet with no way out?
Maybe it is the Strange Days we’ve all been waiting for, the Interesting Times we cursed each other with.

Either way, I’m watching, patiently. The Pattern will be revealed eventually.

More fleets here.

Pyramid Ufo Film from 1968

The above film segment aired on the History Channel, apparently retrieved from Government Records in the Ukraine.

Very interesting, and probably not a hoax, but that is not why I am posting it.

My problem is with the timing: These days, UFO sightings are on the rise, and most of them are triangles, or pyramids if you prefer.
Dozens of reports from all over the world, plus photos and videos.

Why is that? The Pattern is unmistakable. In the 40’s it was flying saucers, in the 50’s and 60’s it was cigar shapes, now it’s triangles.
So is it a coincidence that this film appeared just now?

image

The above pie chart pretty much illustrates the scarcity of triangles, compared to the ever-popular flying saucer.
So, is it a meme? A mass delusion? Or, more importantly, is this a case of Truth being in the Eye of the Beholder, as Jacques Vallee has illustrated long ago?

Are triangle UFOs the product of our mind’s eye, or are they the First Wave?
And why does it all stink so much with purpose?

The Pomare Disk: Alien Origins?

image

An interesting case I came across involves a strange artifact discovered by a Colombian fisherman in the sea.
The object, known as the Pomare Disk, is a perfectly smooth parabolic mirror and displays some strange properties, besides the fact that it was found in 1959!

Some of the properties according to Paul Damon :

  • It is made of multi-layered metal, 12 layers at least.
  • The back, dull black, has a crystalline structure under the black coat.
  • The metal seems to repair itself on both sides! When he tried to scratch it with a coin to take a sample, the scratched disappeared as soon as he looked away.. ( Schrödinger anyone?)
  • The disc seems to be completely indestructible and impenetrable, at least with household tools.
  • When put under sunlight it reaches boiling temperature in 3 seconds!
  • Last but not least, strange white men appeared trying to buy it…..

If it is all true, it seems to be a great find, but I cannot seem to find a follow-up on the investigation, since the original article is dated in 2007, so the possibility of a hoax is not out of the question.

Read the whole piece here (quite lengthy). The article is below the post on UFO reverse engineering.

Interest or Involvement?

Video allegedly taken two hours before the Japan quake.
There is a long history of UFOs taking an interest in human affairs, usually pre-dating the event, as if they know what’s about to happen. That is why in the Middle Ages luminous objects in the sky where considered prophets of doom.
They seem to continue to appear just before major disasters up to today, creating a whole new (and different) set of questions.

The validity of the video above is non essential. But the question that permeates the phenomenon is: Do they observe beforehand or create the disaster?

Motives and/or purposes are too far out there to contemplate. Besides we have no idea what they are! Hey, maybe we should take a look at Medieval Lore. They seemed to have some ideas.. Demons you say?

On a related note, the Jerusalem Temple Mount Ufo case continues to draw controversy.Debunkers all over the place are laboriously trying to prove it a fake (maybe too laboriously) and more videos from different angles continue to surface. This is proving harder to discredit than some people thought..

Temple Mount UFO - hot topic!

An Internet Controversy has erupted concerning a UFO that appeared over the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem. Now the two above videos appear to be authentic and synchronized, despite efforts to debunk. The debunkers where debunked and, well, the truth did not exactly shine but it is nonetheless interesting. You cannot expect the Truth in these matters, right?

One of the four videos was actually fake, as it seems from this debunking attempt.

And yes, there is a fourth one:

Cool stuff, especially if it is real. The only thing that bothers me is the resemblance of the situation with the events in Skyline, the sci-fi movie recently released. Not proof of fake, but something to make you (and me) wonder..

IF it is real, what are They interested in? Could it be the Foundation Stone? Could it be that ancient relics and points of power have a more profound significance that just religion? Questions, questions.. Answers please!

Floating Buildings and Aliens in the street

image

The High Strangeness of these days keeps throwing things at the casual researcher, determined either to scare him off or to entice him even more.
The article that caught my eye was written by Chris Holly over at Ufodigest.com, and refers to sightings of floating buildings (!).
Not only building-sized UFOs, but ACTUAL BUILDINGS too! Read this report:

The  man's mother was driving along the highway she traveled frequently very late at night . It was a very dark night. As she drove she noticed just to the side of the road some lights that looked like the lit windows of a tall building.

She knew there weren't any buildings  anywhere near where she was driving. In fact the only place near where a building like the  one she was  looking at was located was a good 50 miles away .

The woman drove past the building amazed at the fact it was standing in the middle of nowhere.  After she drove past it she pulled over as her curiosity got the better of her to get a  look at this strange sight. She got out of her car to get a better look at this misplaced building.

The woman told her son that the building was the size of a 7 or 8 story building. She told him the windows were rectangle in shape and well lit from the inside. There was no sound at all coming from the building. As the woman stood looking at the huge structure of windows she realized she could almost make out the interior of the building . She also realized she could not make out the definite lines of the exterior of the building or see the base where it was attached to the earth.

As the woman stood next to her car she realized the structure seemed to simply be floating next to the road. This startled and upset the woman.  She jumped back in to her car and drove away. She looked back numerous times in her rear view mirror to find she could not see the building , the windows or the lights anywhere behind her.

There are more reports of buildings silently hovering in remote areas from all over the world..
They, whoever they are, seem to be relocating, and not only their bodies, but their homes as well ! Hey, it may not be that long till they bring their pets too.
Or cafeterias and Bars.
And there must be those that do not own a home and are cruising suburbia to find homes for sale:

The video is probably a hoax, but it fit my trail of thought nicely…

The way things are going, maybe, not long from now, the neighborhoods of Earth will be far more multi-ethnic than anyone predicted.
Hell, maybe they already are:

Israel shoots down UFO as sightings rise

In this story CNN reports that Israeli fighter planes shot down an Unidentified Flying Object flying over a nuclear plant. To those who are familiar with UFO patterns this is a common occurrence as our mysterious guests have an unexplained love for nuclear, weapons  and electricity installations, as well as large bodies of water.
(although they seem to avoid running water such as rivers, reminding us of the Medieval lore that witches cannot cross streams or rivers).
Nothing new in this story, other than the fact that it was announced. Even if it was something from another world, it’s fragments are undoubtedly locked away in an Israeli equivalent of Area 51.

image

The report comes in a time where UFO sightings are on the rise, and not a small rise either.

According to the United Nations 150 million people have reported seeing a UFO since 1947, when the modern-day UFO era begun.
This number is by no means up to date, because of two factors:

1. there is no one central reporting database or research center, but rather a multitude of Organizations, Forums. Groups, Sub-groups and rival factions. It’s a mess.
2. Most of the sightings are taking place in China, where strict censorship and ignorance prevent full exposure. (remember the Pyramids of China, not revealed to the public until 1994, and still largely unexplored?)

image

So what does it all mean? Is it a build-up for the imminent Invasion-Disclosure-Announcement? Is it a product of the Internet Age, where information and personal publishing is as easy as breathing? Has actual UFO activity risen or just reports of it? (although that reminds me of the question whether a tree falling in the woods with no one to hear makes any noise…)

I don’t know if it all leads to something concrete, besides the fact that more and more people are convinced that we are not alone. That alone is important since it has been the goal of UFO buffs to convert everyone, not to mention the Great Government Conspiracy poised to reveal all when we are ready…
As one commenter on the subject pointed out here:

UFO reports increase in proportion to humans increasing sense of self importance. So much for the Copernican scientific revolution.

That’s bitter.. And it sounds dangerously true..

Heinlein knew (they walk among us..)

image
I always new Robert Heinlein to be a free spirit and a great thinker (and an amazing writer, of course), but it has now come to my attention that his interests lied in more than fiction.
According to this post, syndicated all over the blogosphere, he states that “alien life has been here since the beginning of man’s existence on Earth”. That’s not all:
“Because Heinlein was so well respected, the U.S. House and Senate asked him to appear before a special “Joint Committee” investigating both UFO sightings and the author’s theory that aliens were living among Earthlings and doing both good and bad things for mankind.
However, just prior to this special session of Congress to hear what’s what from the world’s leading authority on extraterrestrial life, Heinlein was suddenly stricken in his sleep from reported “emphysema and heart failure.”
Now, I could have sworn that the same thing happened to Mac Tonnies, immediately prior to publishing his book The Cryptoterrestrials.
Wait, it did happen.
Mac Tonnies died in his sleep form “natural causes”. He was 34, so I cannot guess what the “natural causes” might be, but makes you wonder, especially if you are conspiratorial in nature, like me.
And take a look at this story, which describes how Ken Kesey lived close to a “gang of aliens” at Bray’s Point, Oregon. An interesting read.
Despite the best efforts of anyone with an interest in keeping the truth hidden, I have a strong feeling that this will be an age of revelations.
The truth starts appearing in little snippets all over the world.
It’s just that sometimes it’s just too hard to distinguish it among all the garbage.

Wikileaks UFO Conspiracy Theory

imageI am trying to keep my conspiratorial instinct at bay, lest I be climbing roofs screaming Bloody Murder (and Conspiracy), but events cannot seem to let me be.

In the wake of the Wikileaks debacle, of which I am sure you are all aware of, several key points of the whole affair point to a more sinister scenario..

Point number one: Julian Assange gave an interview to the Guardian in the UK hinting on unreleased documents concerning UFOs. A few days later he was arrested on false charges of rape, quickly exposed by Swedish bloggers.
You see where I am getting at: This guy has been publishing on the Net thousands of documents concerning various acts of war and related top-secret stuff, and just when he mentions UFOs and aliens, he is stopped and his site shut down. Someone had an ex foreign-office extreme feminist accuse him of rape, ensuring that an international search warrant was issued. His storage providers ceased providing, and a whole shutdown operation appeared to be in effect.

Just when he mentioned the UFO documents, he was not to be tolerated anymore, or so it seems. (Random thought: Was the NASA announcement a preemptive strike in case something went wrong?)

Point number two: The Encrypted file. This is where it gets good.
In the recent posting of Afghan War files, one file was bigger than all the rest of them put together. The file is 1.4 Gigabytes and encrypted with the AES256 encryption. It is called Insurance.
See where I am getting at? If you feared being thrown in prison or murdered and you had documents that could bring the whole thing down what would you call it? Insurance. A 256 bit encryption needs years to be cracked, so the insurance should have an insurance holder, namely the guy who knows the key. Or guys. Maybe that explains why the file was distributed along with the other files and through the anonymous peer-to-peer BitTorrent network. So the file reached the right people, independently of what happened to the Wikileaks site.

So is this file the Holy Grail of all Conspiracy Theories? The truth about UFOs and alien contact, the full disclosure we’ve been waiting for?
Truth is I don’t know. It seems plausible, but a big part is also wishful thinking.
Several internet sites have reported that the UFO documents only had “off-hand remarks about UFOs”.
And of course they could be wrong.

For those thinking “why did he not release them anyway”, I have this: It’s ok to publish anything that sheds light on the darkest corners of politics and the world. It’s ok to expose people and Governments and companies if it is the truth.

But.. If you knew that one set of documents could potentially bring everything down, destroy mindsets, ruin economies and bring the world to a standstill…

Then would you go public?
I for one don’t know…

Signs of Invasion (or Plain ol’ Crap?)

image

The picture above is from Google Sky map, at coordinates 19 25 12 -89 46 03
The guy who spotted them, SETI Astrophysicist Craig Kasnov, says there are

3 very large, very fast moving objects.  The length of the "flying saucers" is in the range of tens of kilometers.  Landing, according to calculations of scientists, should be in mid-December 2012. Date coincides with the end of the Mayan calendar.

How convenient. Of course their arrival would coincide with the end of the Mayan Calendar. Doesn’t everything?
Check all three at coordinates :

19 25 12 -89 46 03 - the first large object
16 19 35 -88 43 10 - a cylindrical object
02 26 39 -89 43 13 - the object as a circle

Now this could be anything, from compression or stitching artifacts to space rubble, but then again, I am no expert.
Plus I love invasion scenarios.
Too bad this seems to be a little far fetched, as this Kasnov guy seems to have been involved with SETI, but no info can be found on him online, not to mention the usual conspiracy theory about NASA covering up everything from UFO’s to Nibiru.

Clearly, in a conspiracy mindset one cannot exclude much, as all possibilities are covered and all angles closed. But, if an organization or a country can suppress evidence of an Alien Invasion or a UFO crash, can they not delete or reconstruct a few lousy tiles on Star Map?

Still, I can’t help wondering: What if this is true?

Not the NASA Announcement I wished for..

image

The Internet yesterday was on fire with theories about the NASA press conference at 2pm EST.

Well, as you probably already know, full UFO disclosure never came.

Instead, we learned about a strain of bacteria that successfully replaced phosphorus with arsenic in it’s DNA. That’s great news. Most research into other planets supporting life is, well, crap.

An interesting fact about yesterday’s buzz is that mainstream media where seriously discussing the UFO disclosure possibility, a fact that fills my heart with joy and makes me think that the whole topic is not as outlandish or fringe as it once was. Things are changing, although the change we hoped for did not emerge yesterday.

It’s ok. We can wait a little longer.

The Curse of the Crying Boy (painting)

image

This post reminded me of a story I heard about many years ago, and then forgotten: The story of the Crying Boy Paintings..
According to the Urban Legend, partially created by Tabloids in the UK, homes which had the painting, burned to the ground, the fire leaving only the crying boy painting unharmed. The story gets more complicated as there seem to be a lot of paintings (28, see below) depicting crying boys, all of which are associated with fires.

The whole story can be found at the Fortean Times, where it is mentioned that the painter responsible for the paintings is one Giovanni Bragolin, and that “feelings of terror and illness are always associated with his paintings.”

Now, all talk of curses aside, the whole concept behind this story (at least my take on it) is very interesting: That a geometric configuration, even in a two-dimensional depiction (like a painting) can directly affect the environment and, probably, natural laws.

It has been an ancient law of Magic that designs (see Magic or Invocation Circles) can produce effects, invoke entities and generally  wreak inter-dimensional havoc.

image

A modern version of this (yes, there is Modern Magic and it is called Magick) is the Sigil.
A Sigil is a magical symbol that represents a force, and is used to invoke that force.

But, if a geometric design or a painting can open a portal to outer forces, can this happen by accident? Can I draw a few lines or a landscape, where some unintended formations perform an action? Is it accidental at all? Can a drawing start a fire or propel a UFO?

Besides the psychological effect, do all paintings have some sort of magical action attached to them unintentionally? Magick of course being the name of a science so far advanced it appears to be as magic.

Remember the Caret Designs? I cannot seem to get them out of my head. There is a connection to be found there. To UFOs, propulsion, art, magic, everything.

The only thing we are missing is a place to start.
Opinions welcome, as always.

These guys are real..

image

The words above belong to Dr. Story Musgrave, Astronaut and Payload Specialist on the Columbia Space Shuttle. After retiring from NASA he has become something of a spokesperson for full disclosure in the matter of UFOs and, well, aliens..
During the STS-80 mission of the Columbia,
“…a disc-shaped object much larger than the orbiting American spacecraft suddenly appeared beneath the shuttle. At the time the Columbia was maintaining an altitude 190 nautical miles above Earth…. After the shuttle returned to Earth, Musgrave was debriefed about the unworldly encounter. According to the report, the scientist reviewed a video recording of the encounter between Columbia and the UFO as the orbiter flew above Denver, Colorado. The disc-shaped object suddenly appeared, seemed to be intelligently controlled, changed its flight vector and -- most unnerving of all -- seemed to track the Columbia and her crew through space.”

In this article it is said that:

image

Recently former USAF officers revealed at a press conference in Washington, DC that UFOs are real and cited several incidents at two air force bases where UFOs "took control" of nuclear missiles and changed their launch codes.

I am not sure if this is true, but it is unnerving, and, furthermore, it hints at what has been proposed many times before: That various Governments do have evidence of “alien” existence, but no idea whatsoever what to make of it.
Full Disclosure you say? Disclose what? Things that cannot be described and do not make sense in any frame of reference? From alien Pancakes to Shamballa, the hidden mostly stays hidden because it is easier than trying to make sense of it.

It seems to me that if we change our thought patterns from static to dynamic, we’ll start to see the truth behind everything, and, who knows, even one day the Paranormal will start to appear as Normal. Not an easy task..

Some thoughts on the matter: Web of Deception 2.0
